Who can tryout?

6th grade through 12th grade boys.

To participate on the Varsity team, a student who becomes 19 years of age before July 1st of the upcoming school year will not be eligible to compete in any SIFA activities during that school year.

To participate on the JV team should an athlete become 17 years of age before July 1 of the upcoming school year; he shall be too old for the JV team, but he will be eligible for varsity game purposes.

To participate on the MS team should an athlete become 14 years of age before July 1 of the upcoming school year; he shall be too old for a middle school team, and he will be eligible for JV or varsity game purposes.

Tryouts typically take place in late June.

How long is the season?

The Football season typically runs from August to November.
