PAC Panthers & St. Francis Xavier Basketball Action

The PAC Panthers Varsity Basketball Team traveled to Sumter Monday Night and outscored the Padres from St. Francis Xavier 75-47.  The Panthers offensive effort included 49 second half points with 5 players  in double figures.  Benjamin Fryer recorded a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds and also picked up 5 blocks.  Jacob Stevenson was a stat sheet stuffer with 17 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists.  Wilson Marshall and Noah Wrobel each scored 10 and Jonathan Burke led the Panthers with 21 points.  Joseph Musgrove came off the bench to add 6 points and 13 rebounds.  The Panthers improve to 2-1 on the season.   

The PAC Middle School team tallied 24 steals and recorded their second victory of the season Monday over the St. Francis Xavier Padres.  Will Owens led the Panthers in scoring with 12 points, while Josiah Wrobel added 11 points in limited duty.  Banks Fryer recorded 6 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 steals and Chalmers Rogland added 6 points.  Also scoring for the Panthers were Chandler Zimmerman with 4 and David Hucks with 2.  The Panthers defense held the Padres to 11 points including great defense by Jackson Gleaton and Avery Blevins.  Nate Kindrick had 4 rebounds for the Panthers.  The Panthers Middle School team moves to 2-0 on the season.

The PAC Panthers Middle School, JV, and Varsity team travel to Ben Lippen on Tuesday (11-26) for tripleheader action starting at 4:00 PM.
