7 shot lead at the National Homeschool Championships as they head into the final round.

PAC Golf Update.

For those of you keeping score at home I share the scores and updates from Missouri as reported via text by our journalist on the ground at the Homeschool national Golf Championship at the RiverCutt Golf club in Springfield Missouri.

Thursday the team shot an incredible record breaking 18 hole total of 311 to take a 7 shot lead into the final round.  Zach Armentrount shot a 72 to lead the panthers and is in 2nd place as an individual at the event.  Casey Britt fired a season’s best 76 followed by Cooper Snow’s 80 and Carlton Snow’s 83.  Maverick Mullinax rounded out the scoring with an 85.

Wednesday night the team won almost every event at the Drive Chip and Putt.  Phoebe dominated the Girls contest while sister Sophi won the Jr. High girls long drive contest with a 244 yard effort.  Zach Armentrout won the boys high school division with a monster 300+ yard drive.

Needless to say the best keep getting better because the best never rest.

I’m eager to see how the team performs as we face the challenge of finishing strong while holding the lead.  May all the Glory be for God.
