The Panthers stretched their lead to three by plating two runs in the top of the fourth. Caleb stroked his third extra base hit of the game and scored on a triple by Micah West. Micah scored the second run later in the inning. The Wildcats added a single run in the fifth inning and the score was 9-7 Panthers heading into the last inning.
The Panthers scored one run in the top half when Drew McKay singled and scored on a triple by McKinley Proctor. The second batter grounded out to the Panther second baseman (Blevins). The third batter of the inning singled and the Wildcat clean-up hitter tripled to score two runs and make the score 10-9 Panthers. Colton Huber who reached base via a walk after the hit by Krachinis, then scored on a wild pitch to end the game.
